In April 2026 we had 144 appointments wasted appointments due to patients not attending (DNA).
GP appointments are limited and in high demand, and each missed slot could have been offered to another patient who needs care.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.
You can cancel your appointment by:
- Replying to your text reminder
- Using the NHS App
- Calling reception on 0161 905 0310
